Shipping  

Every attempt will be made to ship within 48 hours. Shipping charges areper brand, in most cases.  For a complete list of brands that ship together, resulting in a single shipping charge, please check here.  

Back Orders and Partial Shipments

Although it is a high priority for us to ensure all of our items are in stock, there may be times when certain items are out of stock due to high demand or a manufacturer issue. In most cases, we receive back-ordered items within 5 business days. If your order contains a back-ordered item, it will be shipped to you as soon it comes in at no additional cost. Many of our brands are stocked in different warehouses and may arrive on different dates.

Returns

Our goal at mySpaShop.com is to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us within 20 days of receipt and it will be our pleasure to issue you a return authorization(required) and replace your damaged or defective product(s), there may be a restocking fee, in most cases, noted in the product description. If an item is no longer available, or out of stock we will gladly exchange it for another item or provide an mSS "Gift Certificate" of equal value. We cannot accept returns on open, used merchandiseand D.O.T. HAZMAT products.Please review Orders and enter Return Requests at My Account.  

Order Changes Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases, the items are shipped out to you within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
