Shipping and Promotions Policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping at mySpaShop.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Promotions Policy.

Special Promotions

mySpashop may offer any number of promotions at the same time.  These are displayed in SpaTacular Specials, in your Wellness Rewards account and as site wide discounts (usually displayed at the top of our home page).  In most cases, two promotions cannot be combined for any one shopping cart.  For example, if WrapUP Robes are discounted on their own, a site wide discount code cannot be used at the same time.  Also, there are a number of brands that are not available for discount either due to MAP restrictions set up by suppliers or due to very low margins to begin with.  We are sorry in advance for any inconvenience.  If you have questions or require assistance, please contact us either through "Live Chat" or via email order@myspashop.com 

Shipping Promotions

mySpaShop will post shipping promotions throughout the year.  Please note that there are often exceptions to shipping promotions which may exclude brands or items.  Most often this is the case for oversized or heavy products, products/brands shipping from outside of the US and products/brands that list a flat rate shipping notice under the product description.   

Note:Free Shipping promotions only cover ground shipping within the continental USA.  Expedited shipping is not covered.  However, if you contact us for shipments outside of the USA we can quote a reduced shipping rate based on the actual to you less the usual cost for standard ground shipping to USA locations.

US Shipping

We currently ship anywhere within the US.  The majority of our designers/suppliers ship Via UPS ground or USPS First Class and Priority Mail (this includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses).
A handful of our designers/suppliers may utilize other shipping methods including FedEX and DHL. Each designer’s lead time may vary so please check the “Shipping & Returns” tab on the product detail page for information regarding the designer’s location and shipping lead time. The ‘Lead time’ is the time necessary for the designer to produce and ship your items, once shipped, US orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please contact us directly for quotes on expedited shipping.  Contact us through Tidio Live Chat (best) or email: orders@myspashop.com 

Multiple Brands on Order

If your order contains several items from various designers (brands) the items will be shipped from various locations and will have varied delivery times accordingly. All of these delivery details can be found by logging into your account and viewing your order history. 

Shipping Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping

We do offer internationally shipping on a case by case bases. Please contact orders@myspashop.com for a shipping estimate.  

Customs, Duties & Taxes

mySpaShop is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Wine/Spirits Shipping

Shipping of Wine or other Spirits is limited by the US Government to the following states:Spirits Shipping.

Delivery Confirmation

Once each item has been fulfilled by the designer, you will receive an email confirming your items are on their way. This email will include a tracking number allowing you to check the status of your order by logging in to your account and checking your order history page. 

Our designers are located all around the world and will ship your items directly to you from their location so please know the arrival dates may vary depending upon where the designer is located and where you are having the items delivered. For most items (unless otherwise specified under the products pages) mySpaShop (mSS) accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in original condition.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by mSS.   In instances where mSS provides the return shipping label, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded order. 

Please be sure to check the product details page for individual return /exchange.

To return an item, please contact a member of our customer service team orders@myspashop.com with your order number, item, and reason for return (your order details can be found in your order history page.  We will provide return instruction by email within 24 hrs M-F, excluding holidays.. 

For returns outside the return policy, my Spa Shop reserves the right to not accept the return or issue store credit in place of a full refund. 

All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. 

Please note, items that are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind are not eligible for return. 

****On a case by case basis, refunds for shipping costs will be determined at our discretion.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please notify us by contacting our orders@myspashop.com We will do all we can to remedy the situation.
