If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us within 20 days of receipt and it will be our pleasure to issue you a return authorization(required) and replace your damaged or defective product(s), there may be a restocking fee, in most cases, noted in the product description. If an item is no longer available, or out of stock we will gladly exchange it for another item or provide an mSS "Gift Certificate" of equal value. We cannot accept returns on open, used merchandiseand D.O.T. HAZMAT products.
