At Art of Tea, we source from the top 2% of all teas produced in the world. Our mission is to create a delicious experience and in order to do so, we believe in providing our communiTEA with the highest quality product we can.
All teas, herbs, and botanicals that come into Art of Tea are quality tested in our lab at our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. All products received and shipped out of Art of Tea go through stringent GMP and HACCP business practices and handling. Additionally, we do all that we can to ensure the highest level of sanitation and employee safety. Standard protocol at Art of Tea entails very strict QC processes and cleanliness practices.
We do all that we can to ensure that a tea that you order in January looks, smells, and tastes the exact same as when you order it in June. This means that we are consistently cupping (tasting) samples, looking at the dry leaf, the wet leaf, the color, the liquor, and so much more. We utilize lot numbers for traceability back to the source for every item we receive. We do all we can to ensure the freshest, best-tasting tea for you.
